Licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable. Access is granted for personal and professional portfolio management education only.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase for full courses. Digital course products are generally non-refundable once accessed.

No refunds are provided for partial use of subscription time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, worksheets, and the Cedar Quarry Guild brand are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent from Cedar Quarry Guild.

6. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

You agree not to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in the preceding 12 months.
